Moisturising and elasticising activity: the mechanism of action
ReSILiEMcare CROP®-G presents an innovative mechanism of action thanks to its dual activity: on the one hand, it modulates the expression of skin barrier proteins, which contribute to structural and mechanical integrity, and on the other hand, it regulates the expression of tight junctions, directly related to epidermis compactness.
The efficacy of ReSILiEMcare CROP®-G was tested in vivo with an intimate tissue mask in association with an intimate cream versus placebo, on volunteers with vaginal dryness, irritation, and loss of tone. After two weeks of treatment, a significant increase in hydration, elasticity, and skin firmness was demonstrated, as well as a significant reduction in redness and dryness in the application area.
ReSILiEMcare CROP®-G is particularly indicated in pre-and post-menopausal women with problems of vaginal dryness, irritation, and loss of tone and can also be used in face and body cosmetic products for dry and sensitive skin to restore skin barrier function.
